This is an action for breach of contract brought in the federal court on the ground of diversity, the plaintiffs being citizens of Pennsylvania and the defendant a New York corporation. The contract sued upon was made by the plaintiffs with one Erich Voss. The action against Park Bridge Corporation is based on the theory that Voss was its agent and contracted on behalf of an undisclosed principal. This issue was left to the jury whose verdict...
