The Trustees of the First and Refunding Mortgage are only advancing their claim for increased interest after February 15, 1945, the effective date of the accelerated maturity of the bonds, in the event increased interest is allowed on the claim of the First General Mortgage Trustees at the rate of six per cent after July 1, 1946, which is the effective date of the accelerated maturity of those bonds.
