This is another appeal in the bankruptcy proceeding which was before us in Chaney v. Stover, 4 Cir., 123 F.2d 945. Mrs. Chaney, the appellant, is a farmer who filed a petition under section 75 of the Bankruptcy Act, 11 U.S.C.A. § 203, and later amended it under section 75 sub. s, asking to be adjudged a bankrupt.
