The relator was employed in the United States Secret Service and obtained military leave of absence therefrom in 1943 when he was inducted into the Army. A rule of the United States Secret Service forbids any of its officers or employees to have any interest whatever in the business of the commercial sale and distribution of distilled spirits and relator at all times knew of this rule.
