The Commissioner determined deficiencies in petitioner's income tax for 1940 and 1941 in the amounts of $869.16 and $2,732, respectively; in its declared value excess profits tax for 1940 and 1941 in the respective amounts of $621.22 and $1,064.35; and in its excess profits tax for the years 1940, 1941 and 1942 in the respective amounts of $744.40, $6,580.08 and $21,608.20.
