Ison, husband and wife, have brought this action against the defendants, Audrey Watkins Baker and Marie Cox, seeking to recover judgment for the total amount of $10,800, plus attorneys' fees and costs, on the ground of an overcharge in rent for a house located at 209½ Fifth Avenue in the City of Anchorage.
