Greenstein, a bankrupt, appeals from a conviction upon two indictments; one, for making a false oath in bankruptcy; the other, for concealing assets from his trustee. He raises three points: (1) That the evidence did not support the verdict; (2) that the court had no jurisdiction over the indictment for concealing assets; (3) that the judge refused to strike out the testimony of a witness for the prosecution because of its uncertainty and vagueness...
