On petition to review an order of the Referee, dated April 25, 1946, which permitted an amendment of a claim for income tax, filed by the United States, by substituting for the year 1939 the year 1938, and which also dismissed certain set-offs, asserted by the Trustee against another claim of the United States for other unpaid taxes, for lack of jurisdiction in the court of bankruptcy.
