This is an application for a writ of habeas corpus. Petitioner is an enrolled member of the Menominee tribe of Indians, living upon the Menominee Indian Reservation in Wisconsin. He owns and operates a motor truck on said reservation, hauling logs from various logging camps within the reservation to the Menominee Indian Mills.
