The defendants, Anthony M. Eisert and Simon P. Eisert, were slaughterers of beef and veal carcasses at Belle Valley, Erie County, Pennsylvania. The Price Administrator has brought action against them, alleging that between September 2, 1944 and May 2, 1945, the defendants sold to divers customers veal carcasses and wholesale cuts of a total weight of 20,739½ pounds, at prices in excess of the maximum prices permitted by RMPR 169, said...
