This appeal is from a judgment under the workmen's compensation law of Texas. The court below entered the judgment upon the following verdict: We, the jury, find that the plaintiff is totally and permanently disabled and award the plaintiff 275 weeks at $20 per week payable in a lump sum of $5,500.
