Saul Folsom, a full-blood enrolled Choctaw Indian, was allotted certain tribal land in Bryan County, Oklahoma. The allottee died in June, 1904, at less than three years of age. The patent issued in December, 1904. Though then deceased, the allottee was named as the grantee in the patent.
