SOPER, Circuit Judge.

By Article VI of his will A. Valentine Rountree left the residue of his estate to the Central National Bank of Richmond in trust for the benefit of his wife and a son, his only child, on the following terms and conditions:

"(1) One-half of the net annual income from the trust estate shall be paid to my wife, Marguerite Timms Rountree, in quarterly instalments, for and during her lifetime.
