The complaint now before us seeks to set aside Maximum Price Regulation 579, insofar as it discriminates against the complainant in its business as a wholesaler of fish both frozen and fresh.

The complainant has been engaged in the fish business for more than fifty years and the methods employed by it in the sale and distribution of fish have continued without material change throughout that time...
