1. Whether or not the employer is the mercantile co-partnership Gonzalez Hermanos, or the individual partners thereof, against whom this action has been brought, and

2. Whether or not the Court, in the exercise of its sound discretion should grant the injunction prayed for, where the alleged violations have long since been discontinued
