The Administrator of the Wage and Hour Division, United States Department of Labor, brought this action to enjoin defendants James Friend et al., co-partners, doing business as Owen Bros. & Friend Livestock Commission Company, from violating Sec. 15(a) (1, 2, 5) of the Fair Labor Standards Act, 29 U.S.C.A. § 215(a) (1, 2, 5).
