Appellants brought suit to enjoin alleged infringement of four patents and for an accounting for profits and damages. The defenses interposed were: (1) That plaintiffs' patents were invalid. (2) That they had not been infringed. (3) That the plaintiffs were equitably estopped by laches from maintaining suit. After the taking of testimony and final hearing on all the issues, the lower Court decided the case solely on the issue of laches and dismissed...
