My sympathies with the returning veteran are so strong that I have held this case under advisement much longer than I ordinarily do trying to find some way to grant the relief prayed for by the petitioner, but I am unable to do so for two reasons: First, it seems clear to me that the petitioner was not an employee of the Golf Club within the meaning of the statute, 50 U.S.C.A.Appendix, § 308...
