This suit was commenced on June 14, 1945, in the Western District of Oklahoma, by appellants, Dewey B. Pepper, Essie Ree Saxon and J. L. Saxon, as heirs and devisees of William D. Henderson, deceased, against W. J. Truitt and Lela Truitt, to set aside a conveyance of real estate executed by Henderson to appellees during his lifetime. The trial court sustained a motion of appellees to dismiss the complaint...
