These are actions brought under the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, 29 U.S. C.A. § 201 et seq., to recover unpaid overtime wages, liquidated damages, and attorneys' fees as provided by the Act.

The suits were tried together without a jury.

The plaintiffs are or were employees of the defendant Casale, performing their duties at the several garages of the defendant, located in Manhattan, Brooklyn and Long Island City, and...
