Plaintiff, a Massachusetts corporation, brings this action of contract to recover from defendant, a Delaware corporation, $5,735.50 with interest at 6% from May 13, 1943. Plaintiff sues under the express terms of an agreement made in Washington, D. C., September 11, 1942. In that contract defendant agreed (1) to buy from plaintiff certain coffee, including a shipment of 1000 bags now relevant, and (2) to reimburse plaintiff for any premiums...
