The Administrator of the Office of Price Administration seeks an injunction against the City of Charleston and the Sheriff of Kanawha County, W. Va., to prevent eviction of tenants occupying houses within an area in the City of Charleston which has heretofore been condemned by the City for the purpose of constructing a community playground and other recreational facilities. It is alleged and not denied that the City is about to evict these tenants...
