By this libel of review the United States of America seeks to modify a decree entered in this court on December 11, 1941. The libel in this proceeding was filed on April 19, 1944.

On July 26, 1939 the United States of America filed its libel in rem against M/V Aakre and the steam tugs Dalzellido, Dalzellite and John J. Timmins, in a cause of collision to recover damages claimed to have been sustained by libelant's dredge Navesink....
