McNulty and Lewis appealed from two orders of the District Court fixing their allowances: one, an order entered in a creditors' suit, brought by the New England Coal and Coke Company against the Rutland Railroad Company; the other, an order entered in a reorganization in bankruptcy of the railroad under § 77 of the Bankruptcy Act, 11 U.S.C.A. § 205. McNulty declared that he was a "representative" of a group of preferred shareholders...
