These nineteen cases were combined for presentation because they all raised the same questions, with slight variations in the facts. Two cases were tried, one against Guy S. Read, Inc., 23397, and the other against the Canton Provision Co., 23502, and it was agreed by counsel in all the other cases that the evidence adduced in the two cases should apply in the other cases.
