This cause comes before the Court upon exceptions filed by both parties to the report of a Special Master upon an accounting of patent license royalties due to plaintiff herein. It is essentially an action to recover royalties stipulated in a patent license contract entered into between plaintiff and defendant, April 30, 1934, covering hot and cold mills for rolling metal upon which plaintiff owned patents and which were subsequently installed...
