Harry Rabinovitz, hereinafter called Harry, and Birdie Rabinovitz, hereafter called Birdie, were husband and wife. They resided in Leavenworth, Kansas, and they did not have any children. Harry died testate in 1922. By the terms of his will, he nominated Birdie as executrix; directed that his debts and funeral expense be paid; directed that $100 per month be paid to his sister, Sara Rosenberg, so long as she should live, or until the death...
