These three cases were consolidated for hearing and decision. Nos. 233 and 234 involve the liability of petitioner for Federal estate taxes and penalties owed by the estate of John J. Nolan, deceased, respectively, in her capacity as transferee of John J. Nolan's estate and as statutory executrix.
