This prosecution arises out of a criminal information filed September 27, 1945, charging offenses prohibited by paragraphs (1) and (5) of subsection (a) of Section 215, Title 29 U.S.C.A. A wilful violation of any of the provisions of Section 215 of Title 29 U.S.C.A. is made a criminal offense by subsection (a) of Section 216. The information is in 20 counts.
