PER CURIAM.

Upon the first appeal in this case, 4 Cir., 144 F.2d 584, we affirmed the judgment of the District Court that Dize should pay to Maddrix the sum of $1052.10 and a fee of $75 for overtime compensation, liquidated damages and an attorney's fee under the Fair Labor Standards Act. The controversy in this court related to the right of Maddrix to overtime compensation and no question was raised as to the amount of the fee. Subsequently...
