By a judgment rendered in this action on March 9, 1942, and a supplemental judgment entered on July 14, 1942, the plaintiff, Kentucky-Tennessee Light and Power Company, was awarded a total judgment against the defendant, Henry D. Fitch, in the sum of $211,364.03. This was subsequently credited with a payment of $75,000, leaving a net amount due from the defendant Fitch in the sum of $136,364.03 with interest and costs.
