This is an appeal from a judgment, entered upon the verdict of a jury, awarding damages to the plaintiff's intestate, a seaman, arising from his death while serving on one of the defendant's harbor tugs. The defendant raises two objections upon this appeal: (1.), the inadequacy of the evidence in support of the verdict; (2.), the conduct of the plaintiff's attorney at the trial.
