HARRON, Judge:

Respondent has determined that there are deficiencies in income tax for the years 1939, 1940, and 1941 in the amounts of $562.87, $5,603.01, and $14,116.30, respectively; and deficiencies in declared value excess profits tax for the same years in the amounts of $540.36, $3,799.92, and $6,117.26, respectively. Respondent now concedes that there are no deficiencies in the declared value excess profits...
