This is an appeal in a suit upon a life insurance policy. The case was tried to the court without a jury, and judgment was entered for the plaintiff beneficiary. The court made findings of fact and conclusions of law and filed an opinion. Harding v. Policyholder's Nat. Life Ins. Co., 56 F.Supp. 854.
