In each of these seven cases — five of which were tried together and the other two submitted on stipulations — the Office of Price Administration is seeking an injunction to compel the defendant to comply with Maximum Price Regulation No. 574 as amended, and to prevent the defendant from paying for live cattle any amount higher than the amount permitted by the said Regulation.
