On August 1, 1942, United Hotels Company of America, Inc., made a contract with Albany Hotel Corporation for management of the Ten Eyck Hotel in Albany for 10 years at $6,000 a year, payable $500 each month. The contract was duly performed until Albany filed a petition for re-organization, March 20, 1943.
