The defendant in a suit brought in the District Court for the Southern District of New York to recover for personal injuries sustained by the plaintiff in an automobile accident has appealed from a judgment for the plaintiff entered on a jury's verdict. Jurisdiction based on diversity of citizenship was adequately alleged and proved. Claimed errors in the trial are relied on for reversal.
