Charles H. Haeseler, an inventor, for some years prior to 1919 had been an employee of the petitioner, Chicago Pneumatic Tool Company. On January 27, 1919 Haeseler entered into an agreement with the Tool Company cancelling certain prior patent-licensing contracts entered into by him with his employer.
