This is an action brought by W. A. Wilson, as administrator of the estate of Charley Bun Wilson, deceased, against the Missouri Pacific Railroad Company, a bankrupt, Guy A. Thompson, trustee. The suit was filed on July 15, 1944, in the Circuit Court of Pulaski County, Arkansas, and was removed to this court.
