This appeal is from an order of the District Court dismissing the bill of complaint in this case. Plaintiff is a Delaware corporation. The defendants are corporations of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The first paragraph of the bill of complaint alleges that "the amount in controversy exceeds, exclusive of interest and costs, the sum of Three Thousand Dollars ($3,000)." The complaint goes on to say that plaintiff is in the brick masonry...
