This is an appeal from an order denying an injunction to the Administrator of the Wage and Hour Division in a suit brought against the Roland Electrical Company under section 17 of the Fair Labor Standards Act, 52 Stat. 1069, 29 U.S.C.A. § 217. There are two questions in the case: (1) Whether the company's employees are engaged in the production of goods for commerce within the meaning of section 3(j) of the Act, 29 U.S.C.A. § 203...
