This is an action under Sec. 9(a) of the Trading With the Enemy Act, 50 U.S.C.A. Appendix § 9(a). Standard Oil Company and three associated companies have brought this action to recover from the Alien Property Custodian thousands of United States patents and certain shares of stock in various corporations.
