This is an appeal, by an intervener, from a judgment in favor of the United States in forfeiture proceedings instituted by the United States against approximately 1546 wine gallons of spirituous liquors.

The libel against the liquors was presented in two counts. The first count charged that on or about January 11, 1944, certain agents of the Alcohol Tax Unit of the Bureau of Internal Revenue of the United States Treasury Department...
