Our original judgment, entered July 31, 1944, read as follows:

"On consideration whereof, it is now here ordered and adjudged that the provisions of Maximum Rent Regulations No. 3 and No. 26, insofar as they apply the maximum rent date April 1, 1941, to the housing...
