The trustee in bankruptcy of Snider Brothers Company, a corporation, objected to the claim of William B. Woolf to a lien upon the mill and equipment of the corporation which it had conveyed to him by deed of trust on October 15, 1942, to secure the payment of its demand note for $15,000 given to him for monies advanced at or about the time of the execution of the deed. The deed was recorded on October 20, 1942, and the money was paid to the corporation...
