The defendant maintains and operates a beef slaughter house and plant at St. Paul, Minnesota. It does not can, cure, or process meat. Its chief market is to customers in Boston, Washington, and other large cities in the East. All of the meat sold in the East is shipped in refrigerator cars which usually will hold about 25,000 pounds. Meat packed in boxes and barrels and shipped in refrigerator cars...
