This appeal is from a judgment for the defendant entered in an action brought pursuant to and under the Federal Employers' Liability Act, 45 U.S.C.A. § 51 et seq., for the death of plaintiff's decedent, a railroad engineer, following injuries sustained while he was out on an engine for the purpose of repairing a defective automatic bell ringer.
