This is an application for a preliminary injunction restraining the defendants against (1) suffering and permitting "employees" to produce work at home without obtaining a special homework certificate, and (2) paying any of their "employees" a minimum wage rate less than 40¢ an hour, and (3) failing to keep adequate and accurate records of their "employees," including homeworkers.
