These cross suits in Admiralty were brought by the respective owners of the steamships Agwidale and Stad Haarlem for damages sustained in a collision on the morning of March 16th, 1943, about 2:24 A.M., while both vessels were in convoy. The Stad Haarlem was #82, the second ship in the 8th column and the Agwidale was #92, the second ship in the 9th column.
