This is an appeal from a judgment for the defendants for breach of two contracts by the plaintiff. The controversy arose in a suit by the plaintiff to recover from the defendants for lumber sold to them, and for inspection fees advanced by him under the contracts. The plaintiff is a manufacturer of lumber with a saw mill in North Carolina; the defendants are dealers in hardwoods in Baltimore, who manufacture one-half the lumber they sell and...
